Shipping costs

To calculate the shipping costs, an algorithm is used that determines the expected delivery costs depending on the item type, size, weight and number of items, as the amount of shipping costs should be fair for everyone.

If a mistake is made and the ordered items cannot be shipped using the selected shipping method, the customer will not be disadvantaged, and the package will be shipped using the next best shipping option at no additional cost.

Due to island surcharges, we do not ship to the German islands as standard:

Damaged/lost packages

Damaged or lost orders
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Damaged goods: Please send us photos of the damaged items and the packaging so that we can find a solution. 

Lost parcels: If your order has not arrived, please contact us. We will check the status with the shipping service provider and arrange a replacement delivery or refund if necessary. 

Returns & complaints 

Returns are possible within 14 days. Please contact us in advance at [email protected] to register a return. 

The customer shall bear the costs for the return shipment. 

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
